If you require parts and repairs to any of your products you have the option of either sending the damaged equipment directly to us or we can send someone straight to you, whichever you decide is best.

We offer lifetime warranty on all parts covered in the manufacturer’s warranty parts list, all that is required of you is to ensure that your unit has a service annually.

RECYCLING

As a company that actively promotes prevention of pollution we advise all our customers, past, present and future to dispose of their batteries and charges responsibly and have therefore taken it upon ourselves to offer a recycling service. Send any old batteries and charges to us and we will dispose of them correctly.
